Product Support Management Working Group (PSMWG)

The Product Support Management Working Group (PSMWG) is responsible for maintaining the World Airlines and Suppliers Guide as well as various metrics measuring performance between trading partners. These metrics relate to functions such as parts delivery, warranty process, repair process, product support and technical issue resolution. The PSMWG is responsible for the WASG and Spec 2000 Chapter’s 13-1, 13-3 through 13-6.​​​​​
